Who we are
The story of Genesis Mining started at the end of 2013. Our founders got to know each other by using the same platform for buying and selling Bitcoins. They were fascinated by the technology and wanted to build their own farm, only to realize all their friends wanted to participate as well.
They came up with the idea of the mining as a service and built the first mining farm in Eastern Europe. Since our founding, we have grown tremendously and a lot has happened, but one thing remains constant: We are all strong believers in the future of digital currencies and we love being part of this growing community.

We have also mitigated risks and taken full responsibility to ensure our customers earn consistently without loss. This is why profits are fixed in USD.

Yes you can buy a plan as many times as you wish. For example, you can the $100 plan 3 times or more if you want to!

To withdraw your fund
- Login to your account
- Click on Withdrawal
- Click on Payment Settings to confirm or update your withdrawal address
- Then click on Withdraw Request and enter the amount you wish to withdraw
- Note: Minimum withdrawal is $10
We do not charge for withdrawal, only standard network fees apply. For example, you may be charged $0.0005 to withdraw $100 worth of BTC and this charges are deducted from your account balance.

You can start withdrawing 24 hours after you activate your mining plan.
You can choose to renew your contract or withdraw your remaining profits and close the mining pool.
When you fund your account, your deposit, which is your principal will be debited from your account, this is your payment for the mining plan.
Yes you can! You can withdraw your bonus to your external wallet. You can also you use it to buy another mining plan.
Note: If you buy another mining plan with your bonus you will not get a new bonus.
Yes we do! You can use the Coinbase payment system to send several other Cryptos in different networks. Simply go to your account page, select wallet topup, enter the amount you want to topup and check out with Coinbase.
At the moment, we do not accept card payments.
No we do not charge for electricity or any other fees. You only send the amount you wish to buy a plan with and that’s it!

Nothing! This is a cloud mining platform. You are not required to download any app or keep your browser active. We have thousands of ground staff doing the physical engineering work for you! You only need to check your profile to see your profit, make withdrawals and re-invest if you wish to.
